Description
My name is Jocelyn A and I am a dedicated female carer with a passion for helping others lead independent and fulfilling lives. I have experience in caring for individuals with a range of needs, including Mild Cognitive Impairment, bedbound patients, Parkinson's Disease, anxiety, and depression. I specialize in hourly care and provide services such as bathing, toileting, assistance with dressing, catheter care, and companionship.
Although I am unable to drive and do not own a car, this does not hinder my ability to provide excellent care. I am resourceful and rely on public transportation or arrangement with family members to reach my clients. My skills and experience have allowed me to adapt to any situation and provide the highest level of care possible.
In addition to my professional expertise, I have a variety of hobbies that I enjoy sharing with my clients. I love taking walks, dancing, playing card games, and cooking and baking. I also have a passion for decorating and creating a warm and welcoming environment for those I care for.
I am also pet-friendly and have experience caring for cats, dogs, fish, rabbits, and birds. My caring, friendly, and helpful nature makes it easy for me to build strong relationships with both my clients and their pets.
What truly motivates me in my career is the opportunity to make a positive impact in someone's life. By providing care and support, I empower individuals to maintain their independence and live life to the fullest. I am dedicated to creating a warm and nurturing environment for my clients, and I strive to alleviate any challenges they may face on a daily basis.

Joyce is intelligent, articulate and a hard working, fastidious and caring carer. She is honest and trustworthy and brings dedication, liveliness and inventiveness to her work. She truly is a good companion. We were sorry to lose her after 3 years when she moved with her family to a new home which was too far away to permit her to continue. I wish her well. NK
